1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kungph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and gaming services accessible at kungph.cam. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the kungph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kungph platform and close your account. Continued use of our services following any posted update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the kungph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a local license not held by kungph.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kungph or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the kungph platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any national problem-gambling exclusion registry that prohibits your participation in online gambling.

kungph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

You may register only one (1) account on the kungph platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Each player is entitled to a single account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. kungph uses automated and manual systems to detect multi-accounting; players found to maintain multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to update your profile promptly whenever this information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kungph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kungph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your kungph account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is deemed to be your responsibility.

You agree to notify kungph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available through your account settings, to add an additional layer of protection to your kungph login.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, kungph applies a Know Your Customer procedure. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

kungph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. kungph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which kungph accepts no liability.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those of family members, are prohibited. Accepting such deposits may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation. kungph is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing systems outside our direct control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to available balance and completed KYC verification. kungph processes most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes and bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits detailed in the cashier section. kungph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own charges. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with deposit history, or otherwise flagged by our compliance systems.

Bonus balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the removal of any active bonus balance. In cases where kungph reasonably suspects that a Player has abused promotional terms or engaged in arbitrage betting, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kungph offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP program benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

kungph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of promotional systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the kungph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions instead of reporting them to support
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity
• Providing false identity or financial information to circumvent verification
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with any kungph software or security measure
• Reselling or transferring your account or any credits to another person
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. kungph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies including PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kungph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, user interface designs, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of kungph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kungph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kungph content without prior written authorization.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by kungph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the kungph Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kungph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue, even if kungph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The kungph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, kungph reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the corresponding wagers.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

kungph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help you maintain control of your gaming activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature or contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent account suspension. You may also seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and other recognized support organizations in the Philippines.

12. Suspension & Termination

kungph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at our sole discretion where we determine that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the kungph platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration body with jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players acknowledge that online gambling is regulated by PAGCOR and agree that the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR applies to all aspects of this Agreement where relevant.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kungph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed upon your next kungph login. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the kungph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.
